Terms and Conditions

These terms form a legally binding agreement between Users (“User(s), you, your, customer(s), yourself”) and www.bhagyodayhotel.com. These terms shall govern the use of the website which enables the User to connect with us in relation to the service(s) offered through us, website.

 

  1.  Any service(s) is not available will not be provided.
  2. You are requested to kindly take due care of all your personal valuables and belongings.
  3. User / Guest verification is mandatory and without verification by valid id, documents asked by hotel staff at the time of checkin you may not book your room or will not be allowed rent a room.
  4. Couples are not allowed to book hotel rooms.
  5. Rates are quoted in INR and do not include Service Tax – which will be collected at the hotel.
  6. The hotel reserves its right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests residing in the same city. The same shall also be applicable in case incorrect information is provided to the hotel management.
  7. We are a drug/alcohol free hotel and do not allow the usage of any kind of drugs or narcotics in our hotel.
  8. Extra charge will be application for the add-ons, requested on demand services.
